OUR STORY
Apogee Fitness is the place hard working South Shore'rs come to get fit while enjoying the best hour of their day!
Our Daily Workouts or WorkOut of the Day (WOD) combine's Cardio, Weightlifting and Calisthentics. Our classes are lead by our Coaches who are Certified Level I & II CrossFit Coaches. Our Coaches carry many other certifications including USA Weightlifting, Rowing and Gymnastics certifications and training. Mostly though, our Coaches are highly experienced at delivering fitness protcol's to our community of athlete, students and soccer Moms and Dads. Our training sessions are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like running, rowing, jumping, pushing, pulling, and squatting) performed in a highly encouraging environment.,
What is an Apogee you ask? Apogee is the peak, the highest reach of something’s development. So think of your Training Apogee as a data point, constantly climbing as you become more proficient in each of the ten domains of fitness (Cardio Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, Balance) as we strive to do a little bit better and try a little harder each day.
