CrossFit is a group workout activity and each session or class is led by a Certified CrossFit Coach, there to cue the athletes in to proper movements, This is to maximize the benefit of each exercise, to insure we are all working the same muscle groups in the same proper way and to avoid injury. Coaches demonstrate the movements and lifts, advise and routinely adjust athlete loads as well as scale the movement to the athlete's level. Our sessions are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like running, rowing, jumping, pushing, pulling, and squatting) performed in a highly encouraging environment.,
What is an Apogee you ask? Apogee is the peak, the highest reach of something’s development. So think of your Training Apogee as a data point, constantly climbing as you become more proficient in each of the ten domains of fitness (Cardio Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, Balance) as we strive to do a little bit better each day.
