CROSSFIT

Strength and conditioning programs are best described as ‘constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement’, with the stated goal of improving fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. 

 

CrossFit is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible and optimize physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.​

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday

5 AM, 6 AM, 9 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM.

Saturday:

8 AM

Barbell with Weights
Rope Workout

CROSSFIT LITE

​

CrossFit Lite is a 45-minute conditioning class featuring kettlebells and dumbbells for strength, not the barbell.  There are no olympic or powerlifting movements in the programming making this class more of a metabolic conditioning class focused on working your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

8 AM - 8:45 AM (45 minute class)
